1. Filtering effect
The dust blocking efficiency of a gauze mask is based on its ability to block fine dust, especially respirable dust smaller than 2.5 microns. Because dust of this size can enter the alveoli directly, it has a great impact on human health. Dust respirator, its filter material is activated carbon fiber pad or non-woven cloth, less than 2.5 microns of inhalable dust through the filter material.
The side leakage design of the gauze mask is a technical requirement to prevent air from being inhaled through the gap between the gauze mask and the face without filtration. Air is like water, flowing where there is little resistance. When gauze masks do not fit the face, dangerous substances in the air can also enter the respiratory tract.
3. Breathable and comfortable
Many masks use arch, not only to ensure a good fit with the face, but also in the mouth and nose to maintain a certain amount of space, wearing comfort.
Medical gauze masks can be worn comfortably by medical staff and other wearers if they are breathable.
